The Grainger Engineering Library Information Center opened March 15, 1994. The building has 92,000 square feet of assignable space and includes two-story reading rooms, seminar rooms, group and scholar studies, and conference rooms. Currently Grainger Engineering Library Information Center houses 300,000 volumes of engineering materials.
The fourth floor contains Group Study rooms , Instructional Resources Lab A, Instructional Resources Lab B, Writer's Workshop, and Scholar Studies rooms.
The third floor contains Stacks , Conference rooms , and Seminar rooms .
The second floor contains the Grand Gallery , Stacks , Commons , the West Pavilion Gallery and the East Pavilion Gallery.
The first floor contains the Circulation /Reserve Desk, Reference and Index Collection , Microforms, Current Periodical Area , and the Staff Area.
The lower level contains Stacks
